Bernie is a wonderful instructor! She led a session on Winchelsea beach at my best friend's hen do and it was amazing - we all felt so peaceful afterwards. Thank you for being so warm and welcoming, for adapting the session to suit us, for providing the mats and for being so patient and accommodating with last minute changes. I really hope to join another session in the near future and will definitely be recommending to all friends and family! Thank you again Bernie :)
